Important Reminder: Submit the Supervisor’s Report
After your session has been completed, you must submit the online Exam Supervisor’s Report.
Please note:
- The report should be completed after each exam session
- The form can be completed on a mobile device
- Any issues experienced during the session should be recorded within the report
